Pricing
Priced per location, not per person.
Your whole team uses it. Adding a front-desk hire shouldn't cost you more, so seats are never the meter.
A base, per location
One predictable monthly figure per practice location. It covers the OpenDental connection, the shared inbox, and your team, all of them, however many that is.
Modules you turn on
Booking, forms, and recall automation are switches. Start with the one that hurts most and add the others when you're ready, not at signup.
Messaging at cost-plus
Text messages are metered by the carriers, so they're billed through at a transparent rate rather than buried in the base.
What we won't do.
- No per-seat pricing. Adding staff shouldn't be a budget conversation.
- No setup or onboarding fee.
- No multi-year contract to get a reasonable rate.
- No charging you to get your own data out, it's in your chart already.
Why there's no number on this page.
Molar is early, and we're onboarding practices one at a time. What a two-operatory practice needs and what a three-location group needs are different enough that a number on a page would be wrong for one of you. Book a demo and you'll get a real figure on the call, not a follow-up email three days later.
Questions we get asked.
So is this expensive?
It's meant to cost less than the hours it gives back, and we'll give you the actual number on the first call rather than making you sit through a sequence to get it.
Do you charge per location for a two-location practice?
Yes, per location, but multi-location practices get shared settings and one place to administer both, rather than two disconnected accounts.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. If it isn't earning its keep, you should be able to stop.
What does it cost to switch back?
Nothing. Everything Molar did was written into your OpenDental chart as it happened.
